When you walk in to D'Curve Female Fitness Center, you will be greeted by our friendly staff and welcomed into our exclusive female 'community' fitness centre. At D'Curve Female Fitness Center, it is all about women empowerment, fitness & exercise family, health & beauty sisterhood community. We try to offer something for everyone! We have the largest selection of group fitness classes in town as well as specialized programs such as CombatFit, Weight loss marathon, Seniors Weight Training and FitKids!


At D'Curve Female Fitness, we are always current with the latest fitness trends.

We have unique equipment to help keep your workouts fresh including the treadmill, rowers, kettlebells, Bender balls and Gliders, Strength Trainer, and much more.
Our instructors and staff are highly qualified and fantastic at what they do. You never have to guess at how to use the equipment, we are always there to help!

 

Our Philosophy


As an exclusive female community club, when you walk through our doors, you will feel welcomed! Our staff is extremely friendly and personable. We do not judge. All shapes, sizes, and ages use our facility. 


Our goal is to provide exceptional programs and services for all members of the community and to offer a social environment for females to exercise and have fun. We also pride ourselves on having the most qualified personal trainers and instructors in town so you know you are being taught by leaders in the industry.

 

The Facility


The building is new in a serene, calm and natural corner of the family friendly Bandar Seri Iskandar; however once you walk through the doors, you will see that D'Curve Female Fitness is incredibly lively, bright, clean and spacious (the largest female fitness center in town with more than two shop lots space!), our equipment is updated regularly so you will notice state of the art additions, brand new cardio, an aerobic and zumba theater and much more. 


Our equipment includes unique pieces of cardio and weight training equipment such as rowers, treadmills, Step Mill, Suspension Training, complete strength and Free Motion selectorize. Our gym is fully furnished with a variety of cardio equipment, free weights and weight machines, rollers and exercise balls, steppers, wall climbing, a large stretching area and generous space for free weight exercises. We are also the only gym in town with a separate gym, dance hall, zumba and aerobic theater, prayer room and child minding corner KidZone!

Programs


At D'Curve Female Fitness, we specialize in female community wellness programs and small group training, to provide the expertise of a trainer and the motivation of a group to reach your fitness goals. Seniors weight training, High Performance group training, Amateur Sports training, Mom and Baby classes, Wedding & Marriage Fit class, Weight Loss Marathon and Women's Boxing/Self Defense, are a few of our diverse programs.

GROUP FITNESS

Curvy Strength- Combining traditional strength training with functional moves, this high-rep weight training class is sure to blast all your muscles in a fun, fast-paced environment!


Aerobics-

 

Tabata - Named for the inventor, Tabata style training has been deemed one of the most effective types of workouts! Higher intensity intervals, 20 seconds in length of cardio or strength moves, followed by 10 seconds of rest. This workout improves cardio, strength and anaerobic endurance. 


Muscle Pump - Shape, tone and tighten your entire body with this sculpting class using balls, bands, weights and more. 


Curvy Spin - No impact and plenty of sweat! This cycling class is full of intervals, hills, seated and standing drills to work your lower body into fantastic shape while giving you the best aerobic and anaerobic workout possible. 


Zumba - Ditch the workout, join the party!! A Latin style dance type class with a focus on fun. You won't even notice you are getting a fantastic workout!


Self Defense - Led by an experienced & certified self defense instructor, this is the real thing! Learn proper technique and conditioning for this intense sport. Reap the benefits of building confidence, stress release and total body conditioning! No contact! Requires your own set of gears.


Aero-Dance - A more intense mixed aerobics/zumba/dance class with bursts of higher intensity intervals which will increase fat burning (long after your workout!) and has anti-aging benefits.


Pilates - A body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, long lean muscles, and overall muscular strength and endurance. Developed from Joseph Pilates, these exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.


D'Curve-Camp - Challenge yourself with a vigorous workout of push-ups, burpees, squats, agility exercises, cardio drills, rope climbing, rock climbing and other torturous exercises! 


D'CurveKids-Zone- In staying true to our philosophy as a family friendly center, we have a unique zone specially dedicated to D'Curve members kids. D'Curve Kids Zone is well furnished, carefully arranged with toys, wall climbing, rope climbing, wall climbing, baby swings, and padded flooring. Its colorful, its beautiful, its safe and clean.
Childminding is also available upon request from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM mondays to fridays- year round. Children are welcome to enjoy our safe and cozy space supervised by qualified staff at all times.
